Is needed to assimilate many of your minerals and ‘B’ vitamins.  HCL is needed to convert your minerals and vitamins into usable forms.  If you are taking calcium, magnesium or your ‘B’ vitamins along with antacids or acid blockers…you are limiting the availability of those important nutrients.
  4. An lack of HCL in the stomach will NOT trigger the release of the alkalizing enzymes in the next phase of the digestive process, which further hampers normal digestion.
